50 beams did my whole basement

Redid the entire basement ceiling and this 50-pack of white 6 ft main beams was exactly the quantity I needed. Each beam is 72 inches so I had fewer splices. Cross tees snap right into the pre-punched slots. No sag after install.

Thanks! 50 beams is built for whole-room jobs. Glad it covered you.

Know what you are getting

These are 6 ft main beams only. No cross tees, no wall molding. If you are starting a full ceiling, order those too. As a replacement or bulk top-up, the beams are solid and snap cross tees in fine.

Thanks for spelling it out, beams only. That clears it up for the next buyer.

Holds cross tees dead level

Worried about sag, but these white main beams are rigid and the hanging wires keep them level. A few months in, still flat. Cross tees lock into the slots cleanly. Solid build for the price.

Glad it stayed level. That rigid steel is built for no-sag.

72 inches means fewer splices

These are a full 6 ft long, so I needed fewer beams and fewer splices across the office. That made install faster and the grid cleaner. White finish matches standard tiles. Good length.

Exactly, longer beams mean fewer joints. Glad it went faster.

Black main beams look sharp in the salon

Went black for the salon and it looks modern, not a office drop ceiling. Galvanized underneath, powder coated so no rust. Holds 2x2 tiles level. Clients think we hired a pro.

Love the black look. It really modernizes the space.

Contractor bulk pack

I keep 50-packs of these white main beams on the truck for commercial jobs. Standard 72 inch, pre-punched, consistent finish. Lightweight but hold a grid. No bent tabs in this batch. Reliable.

Thanks for keeping these on the truck. Good to know they are consistent.

Black disappears with dark tiles

Paired black main beams with dark tiles for a seamless look. Black hides dust and minor scuffs. Handling note: keep the wrap on until install, black scratches show. Once up, looks intentional.

Great tip on keeping the wrap on. Glad the black-on-dark look worked.

Arrived straight, well packed

Long box, beams wrapped and separated. None bent, no crimped ends. The pre-punched slots were clean and cross tees seated first try. Good packaging for such long pieces.

Glad they arrived straight. Thanks for letting us know.

No rust in the garage

Put white main beams in the garage, a year later no rust or peeling. Galvanized steel really holds up. Tiles sit level. Peace of mind in a humid space.

Great to hear after a year. That is what the rust-proof finish is for.

A couple bent at the ends

Most beams were perfect, but two of the fifty had slightly crimped end connectors and I had to straighten them to seat a cross tee. The rest went in fine and the ceiling looks good. Three stars for the damaged ends.

We are sorry about the crimped ends. That should not happen, please reach out through your order and we will make it right.

Whole office ceiling

Updated our small office ceiling with white 6 ft main beams. Clean grid, no sag, and cross tees lock in fast. Looks professional. Lightweight for one person to handle on a ladder.

Glad the office looks professional. Enjoy the upgrade.

Cross tees lock right in

The snap-in design makes this easy. Cross tees push up into the pre-punched slots and click. No tools for that step. White beams level up once the wires are set. Beginner friendly.

That click-and-lock is the best part. Glad it was easy.

Bought more than I needed

These are fine white beams, just know a 50-pack is a lot. My room was smaller than I thought and I have several left over. Measure your square footage first. Quality is good, just don't overbuy.

Fair note, 50 is a big pack. Measure up front, and keep the spares for future repairs.

Basement redo done

Tore out old sagging sections and put up these white 6 ft main beams. 50 beams covered my L-shaped basement with a few left. Rigid, no sag, easy snap-in. The room feels finished.

That is the glow up. Enjoy the finished basement.

Hang it straight first

Good beams, but the job lives or dies by leveling. Take time to set the wall line and level the wires before snapping cross tees. Once leveled, install moves fast. Plan for that prep.

Excellent advice, level first. That is what makes it look professional.

Shop ceiling update

Updated our retail shop with black main beams. Clean grid, hides the old messy ceiling, and black shows less dust than white. Holds panel lights without sagging. Looks intentional.

Thanks! Black shows less dust and looks clean in retail.

Thought it was a full kit

My fault, I assumed this came with cross tees and wall molding. It is 50 main beams only. I had to order the rest separately. The beams themselves are good and install fine. Three stars only because I expected a kit.

We are sorry for the confusion, these are main beams only. Thanks for giving the beams a fair three stars.
